Job Description – ERP Business Analyst

Summary

The ERP Business Analyst (BA) works collaboratively with the business users and the extended IT solution delivery team and is responsible for executing the activities associated with the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. The BA must analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for our operations, finance and sales teams in integrating various business operations into one platform. Primary activities include the analysis, design, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, enabled by NetSuite functionality and related integrated applications, as well as other business application opportunities.  The BA will engage a variety of stakeholders to understand their business needs and help identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, aligning with the long-term business strategy.

Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

  1. A bachelor’s degree combined with at least 7+ year’s relevant business experience
  2. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the NetSuite technical analyst role
  3. A minimum 5 years of experience with EDI customer and vendor support
  4. A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations, preferably NetSuite
  5. Knowledge of business processes, continuous improvement practices, methodologies and tools
  6. Knowledge of NetSuite implementation methodology best practices

    APM, Connected Cameras and Apps - Chicago, IL

    Summary

    The Associate Product Manager – Connected Cameras and Apps will be a key contributor within the Product Management team.  The APM will support product management functions that are critical to the connected Dash Cam category and Cedar’s portfolio of Apps and Services. The APM will be responsible for market exploration and concept development through sunsetting of products.  S/he will work cross-functionally throughout the organization and champion innovative product development.  Research and analysis, customer feedback, and understanding of market trends will anchor product development efforts.

    1. Monitors market for competitor activities and information, market pricing, market size & trends; market research is focused on identifying customer requirements and exploiting opportunities.

      Cedar is seeking a hands-on, ROI-driven Email Marketing Manager to work closely with our Sr. eCommerce manager and Head of Marketing to own the planning, execution, QA, and optimization of the following:

        Cedar is seeking a strategic, results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to work closely with our channel sales executives and lead the development and execution of marketing plans campaigns and events to grow retail channel revenue.

        The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns by channel, including trucking/fleet partners, big box retail stores, travel centers, automotive accessory dealers, and more. This includes ideation and planning with the Head of Marketing and respective channel sales execs in all aspects of joint program participation, online/offline marketing and awareness campaigns, partner events, conferences, and promotions.

        The ideal candidate has proven experience building omnichannel marketing plans and integrated marketing campaigns, excellent project management and communication skills, and has demonstrated measurable success with owning multiple channel marketing initiatives.

              Summary

              The Senior Embedded Software Engineer primary role is to evaluate camera hardware and software for camera and vision products.  This includes SoCs, sensors, and software, such as vision libraries.  In addition, the Senior Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for developing embedded system hardware and software for other Cedar product categories such as radar detectors and CB radios.

                Summary

                High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum of 3 years customer service/inside sales experience using an on-line computer system or CRM in a high-volume department and demonstrated knowledge/experience with the operation of consumer electronics products; superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and interface effectively with all types of customers and personnel; strong data entry skills and accuracy; professional demeanor; demonstrated effective conflict resolution skills; self-starter and the ability to work independently; excellent customer follow through; and fluency in a second language (Spanish) is preferred.
