Summary
The ERP Business Analyst (BA) works collaboratively with the business users and the extended IT solution delivery team and is responsible for executing the activities associated with the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. The BA must analyze current needs, anticipate future needs and provide solutions for our operations, finance and sales teams in integrating various business operations into one platform. Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree combined with at least 7+ year’s relevant business experience
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the NetSuite technical analyst role
- A minimum 5 years of experience with EDI customer and vendor support
- A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations, preferably NetSuite
- Knowledge of business processes, continuous improvement practices, methodologies and tools

Inventory Planning Analyst - Chicago, IL (Remote)
Cedar Electronics is seeking an Inventory Planning Analyst for our North American Purchasing team to support procurement and planning of manufacturing. The inventory planner responsibilities include both demand forecasting/management and inventory planning. They will calculate and forecast inventory levels, project manufacturing orders and analyze the flow of work and materials to meet based on inventory targets. Use of a demand planning/forecasting tools, inventory forecasting tools and organization skills are essential for success. The Planner must be able to work well independently while contributing to the success of the team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Demand Planning function for North American based production and Asian procured material
- Maintain accurate supplier lead-times and logistics time within systems required to ensure on-time delivery
- Manage day-to-day supply issues and resolution analze for demand plan impacts
- Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of status and recovery plans reporting and rationing
- Plan manufacturing orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and monitor the flow of material throughout the production cycle to meet inventory plan

Summary
We are seeking a strategically minded and motivated Channel Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing efforts and help us drive growth and success for our Cobra and Escort Radar brands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns across a wide range of online and offline channels, including Amazon, big box retail stores like Best Buy and Walmart, travel centers like Pilot Flying J and TA, automotive accessory dealers, trucking/fleet partners, and more.

Working side-by-side with the Head of Marketing and respective channel sales directors, you will be involved in all aspects of message development, integrated awareness, and promotion-based campaigns, advertising program participation, partner events, conferences, and tradeshows. The ideal candidate has proven experience planning, executing, and reporting on omnichannel marketing plans and integrated campaigns, with excellent project management and communication skills, and a track record of measurable success in owning multiple channel marketing initiatives.
As the Channel Marketing Manager, you will manage a team of two direct reports, a Marketing Specialist – eCommerce and a Marketing Specialist – Retail & Events, and will work collaboratively to ensure continued growth in brand awareness, product consideration, and revenue growth across all marketing channels. You’ll have the opportunity to grow and shape the team with mentorship of the Specialists and also set the strategic direction for how channel marketing will fuel sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with channel sales directors, Head of Marketing, and the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute annual and quarterly marketing and demand creation/promotional plans.
- Support multiple channel customers and partners to ensure alignment and achievement of mutually agreed-upon goals.
- Drive awareness, increase online/offline traffic, and improve conversions through integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Manage new product launches, ongoing campaigns, and retail promotions in channels including content development, POP/merchandising procurement, sales collateral and training, and other related activities.
- Measure, analyze, and report progress against campaign goals and ROI.
- Closely manage channel marketing budget and expenses.
- Align channel marketing communications strategies with overall brand/marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitive activities within the channel including price, promotion, new products, and merchandising.
- Create and maintain a collaborative environment of partnership with other departments and external partners.
- Work with senior management across business areas to ensure continued growth and strategy alignment
- Work with channel sales executives and marketing teammates to plan, develop, and execute campaigns
- Cross-pollinate ideas/best practices across teams, channels, and geographies
- Coordinate and lead regular team meetings for updates on projects, timelines, and other relevant activities
Education
- A degree in marketing, communications, or another closely related field
Work Experience
- 3-4 years of channel marketing and/or events marketing experience
- Experience with managing and growing a team
Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of marketing strategy and tactics, including experience with in-store merchandising/displays
- Direct experience and expertise in managing or assisting with events and tradeshows
- Superior organizational and time management skills to prioritize projects/tasks, work independently and with multiple stakeholders, and consistently follow up on next steps
- Proven ability to manage projects closely and ensure proper communication, collaboration, and alignment
- Effective working skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Project management and event management experience a plus

Amazon Account Executive - Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Reporting to the Sr. Director, E-Commerce and Customer Service, the Amazon Account Executive is responsible for driving conversion, advancing the customer experience through in-depth analysis and innovative problem solving. While managing the day-to-day of the Amazon catalog, product page rich content and developing comprehensive digital and promotional plans. Work closely on strategy with Sr. Director of E-Commerce and Customer Service and other key cross functional stakeholders. Collaborating with internal marketing and E-commerce staff as well as outside partners and third-party agencies.
Essential Functions
A. Lead the growth and maintenance of the company’s Amazon business.
B. Be the expert in all aspects of Amazon Sales and Marketing, driving test-n-learn opportunities and recommendations on Amazon- analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating resulting consumer insights and sales data.
C. Drive the development of best-in-class product detail pages (PDPs) for Amazon.
D. Develop reporting and insights for key stakeholders on performance.
E. Lead new item set up and product discontinuation process on Amazon.
F. Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Agency teams on item launches and product updates.

Qualifications
A. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing from accredited college/university required.
B. 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce Marketing and Sales required.
C. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Amazon.com with a successful record of managing accounts and developing brands required.
D. Strong knowledge of Amazon.com platform and tools required, A+ pages preferred.
E. Understanding of Amazon’s display, video and paid search advertising opportunities and tools required.
F. Broad knowledge of online and E-Commerce space and best-in-class third party providers required.
G. Strong knowledge and working experience of web analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Amazon Vendor Centra Analytics or 3rd party platforms required.
H. Experience in forecasting and business analysis (including but not limited to; site traffic, conversion, spend, click-through rate etc. to identify growth and optimization opportunities) required.
