Summary

Reporting to the VP of Product, the Sr. Product Manager – SaaS is responsible for the overall category leadership of Cedar’s SaaS platform for driver alert and information systems. This includes being the steward of the line-up from market exploration and concept development through sunsetting of products. The product manager will work cross-functionally throughout the organization and champion innovative product development for the SaaS platform. Research and analysis, customer feedback, and understanding of market trends will anchor product development efforts. Critical to this role will be creating a consolidated mobile/cloud infrastructure to deliver a more unified user experience across Cedar devices, applications and services.

Essential Functions

  1. Develops and maintains a strategic plan for Cedar’s SaaS platform
  2. In conjunction with SW leads/architects, consolidates separate mobile apps and server/database back-end systems into a common mobile/cloud infrastructure
  3. Defines and implements a services subscription model and pricing strategy that balances adoption and profitability of combined HW and services/apps revenue streams
  4. Supports business development and partnership efforts that leverage or enhance the capabilities of the SaaS platform both consumer and B2B offerings
  5. Monitors market for competitor activities and information, market pricing, market size & trends; market research is focused on identifying customer requirements and exploiting opportunities
  6. Conducts formal competitor evaluation including analysis of product performance, pricing, and positioning
  7. Manages the development process to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-budget delivery
  8. Interacts closely with all groups involved in the product development process; Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Sr Management
  9. Supports Marketing in development of packaging, digital content and other collateral marketing materials
  10. Coordinates go-to-market plans with the commercial and supply chain teams to ensure product readiness

Qualifications

Summary

Summary
The ERP Business Analyst (BA) works collaboratively with the business users and the extended IT solution delivery team and is responsible for executing the activities associated with the continuous improvement of business processes and systems. Summary
This role reports to the Manager of Earned Media and works closely with our Digital Marketing Manager and Email Specialist. This role is responsible for helping to execute the social media strategy that engages consumers, bringing them closer to our brand and the products we bring to market. The Social Media & Influencer Specialist is responsible for finding creative ways to interject our brand into conversations with consumers to drive strategic value to the company’s overall reputation. This role will also collaborate with internal teams to develop anticipated FAQs for new product and campaigns.
For social media, focus will be on understanding our owned communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube, etc. as well as working to understand the other conversations outside of this. For influencers, execute on influencer programs that will drive the most buzz, engagement, and conversation on social, as aligned with business objectives and goals.
For earned media, must work to source high-quality earned media content online (blogger content or user generated content mentioning the brand) for sharing and amplification on owned channels.
